This is my great pleasure to establish the ICT research and development laboratory at our institute. The socio-economic development of the country starts with the level of excellency in its education system. Institute of Engineering at Tribhuvan University is the one prominent institute providing engineering education on several streams since 1972. Among the several research center we have, now we are able to add another research center dedictated in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
