Summer Forum on Applications of Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT)

Introduction: This Summer Forum is a collaborative initiative between the Prof. Masahiro Takei Laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chiba University, Japan, and the Laboratory for ICT Research and Development, Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering at the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. The forum iis part of the prestigious core-to-core program of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), fostering international cooperation and research in cutting-edge technologies.

 

Objectives: The major objectives of the program are as follows:

● Familiarize participants with the fundamentals of Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) and its diverse applications.

● Investigate potential enhancements and innovative techniques within the field of EIT.

● Examine the applicability of EIT across various domains, with a special emphasis on its biomedical applications.

 

Fee Structure:

● Students: Free

● Researchers from Institutes in Nepal: 5,000 NPR

● International Researchers (On-site): $300 USD

● International Researchers (Online): $50 USD Venue and Dates
